Iceteam 1927 Effe 6B is a traditional Cattabriga vertical gelato machine descended from the first model patented by Otello Cattabriga in Bologna in 1927. The patented “stacca e spalma” system produces dry, well-structured artisan gelato; the machine can also make traditional granita.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna and part of Ali Group, bringing together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also run gelato training courses.
