Iceteam 1927 Compacta 8 Silver is a floor-standing “two-in-one” gelato machine: the upper horizontal cylinder mixes and pasteurises, the lower one freezes. The entire artisan gelato production cycle – mixing, pasteurising and freezing gelato, sorbets and fruit creams – in a single unit.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
