Iceteam 1927 Compacta VariO 16 is a floor-standing “two-in-one” gelato machine: the upper cylinder mixes and pasteurises, the lower one freezes gelato, sorbets and fruit creams. The VariO system adjusts the compressor output to the quantity and composition of the mix, so batches from 1.5 kg up to a full load are possible.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
