Bertos is an Italian manufacturer founded in 1960 that produces professional cooking equipment, combi ovens and refrigeration for restaurants, hotels and large-scale kitchens. The Haktek Seadmed range includes: made-to-measure La Cucina monobloc kitchens, the premium series S900 and S700, the modular series Maxima 900, Macro 700 and Plus 600, combi ovens and refrigeration.
Bertos is an Italian manufacturer whose equipment is used by restaurants, hotels, canteens and large-scale kitchens around the world. The range includes modular cooking lines in three depths, premium series for seamless cooking blocks, combi ovens, salamanders and Cold Solutions refrigeration.
The number indicates the approximate depth of the appliance: Plus 600 is a compact 600 mm deep series for smaller kitchens, Macro 700 and Premium S700 are approx. 700 mm deep (714 and 730 mm), and Maxima 900 and Premium S900 are 900 mm deep series for large-scale kitchens. Widths are modular (e.g. 400, 800, 1200 mm), so the appliances fit together into a single cooking line.
The Premium series are built on the “frame technology” principle – a self-supporting frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel and 20/10 mm thick worktops. Laser-cut edges allow the appliances to be joined into a seamless cooking block that is hygienic and easy to clean.
La Cucina is a made-to-order monobloc kitchen: you choose the appliances, dimensions, colour and finish yourself, and Bertos builds them into a single cooking block. We help you put the project together and take care of installation.
