COMPACT ROTANT is a compact yet high-output rotary rack oven for 15 trays, with the service area on the left side of the oven – it is particularly small in both width and depth. Available with electric or burner heating (gas/diesel). Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
