Iceteam 1927 Babychef is a compact countertop multifunction machine for gelato, pastry and gastronomy – for restaurants, bars, cafés and bakeries. It heats up to 105 °C and freezes, has an inverter-driven beater, and gelato can be kept ready to serve with continuous stirring.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
