The VL fork mixer is a dough mixer with a fixed stainless steel bowl that mixes the dough gently and keeps the dough temperature low. Double oil-bath gear reducers drive both the fork and the bowl. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
