The Mac.Pan MXRE is a spiral mixer with a tilting head and removable bowl – the bowl can be taken out of the machine together with the dough, and a new batch can be started straight away with a spare bowl. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
