Mac.Pan TBR/SUPER – high-output dough ball rounder

TBR/SUPER is a high-output dough ball rounder (up to 1800 pieces per hour), suitable for both stiff and high-hydration dough (up to 70%). The speed of the rotating drum and screw is controlled by an inverter fitted as standard. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
