The SMT is a manual dough divider that instantly divides a block of dough into pieces of equal weight. A simple, durable machine that can be used either on a stand or placed on a table. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
