The grissini machine produces grissini, breadsticks and biscuits. Surfaces in contact with the dough are stainless steel or Teflon, and the die can be changed using two knobs. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
