The MSP JET is an automatic fixed-bowl spiral mixer for bakers and pastry chefs. With two motors, two speeds and two programmable timers, the cycle can be manual or automatic, and the bowl rotation direction can be reversed during the cycle. The belt drive eliminates vibration and noise and reduces maintenance costs. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
