Mac.Pan IP93A – static intermediate proofer

IP93 is a static intermediate proofer so compact that it fits, fully assembled, through a standard door 2.10 m high and 0.8 m wide. It gives divided dough pieces resting time before moulding. Loading is by a flap distributor and discharge by a smart conveyor. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
