A stainless steel loaf moulder with a width of 550 mm – a sturdy and versatile machine that sheets all types of dough without tearing. All moving parts run on ball bearings; standard equipment includes an infeed belt, safety guard, format return device, two stainless steel benches and 4 locking castors.
