Mac.Pan CT – burner-fired cyclothermic deck oven

The cyclothermic deck oven is a static oven with a fixed hearth for large bakeries, heated by a burner (gas, diesel, etc.). The usable height of the top chamber is 23 cm and of the lower chambers 18 cm. Steam can be supplied to each chamber separately. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
