BP is a baguette pre-proofer whose roof carries the baguette moulder – the pieces rest on swing trays and then go straight to moulding. Very quiet, with power sockets for the moulder and divider built into the proofer. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
