Mac.Pan BABY – compact rotary rack oven for 40×60 trays
BABY is a compact rotating-rack convection oven for 8 or 10 trays – suitable for small and medium-sized bakery and pastry workshops, and also ideal for shopping centres, hotels and restaurants. A stand with tray guides or a proofing cabinet can be installed under the oven. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
