Iceteam 1927 VariO Icona 8 is the Iceteam 1927 touchscreen combi machine for gelato shops, created for the 30th anniversary of the Compacta. The upper cylinder mixes and pasteurises, the lower one freezes gelato, sorbets and fruit creams; everything is controlled intuitively from the Icona touchscreen.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
