Iceteam 1927 Cremomatic 35 is a multifunction cream cooker for pastry and gelato laboratories with indirect heating and cooling. It makes pastry cream, ganache and gelato mix and tempers chocolate; 14 pre-programmed recipes and the option to save your own cycles.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer.
