Iceteam 1927 Masterchef Icona 12 is a Masterchef multifunction machine with an integrated touchscreen and ICONA software for easy preparation of gelato, pastry and gastronomy recipes. It cooks, cools and freezes in a single vertical cylinder using the patented heating and cooling system.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
