Iceteam 1927 Masterchef 12 is a multifunction machine with a vertical cylinder for gelato, pastry and gastronomy – “three chefs in one”. The patented heating and cooling system and variable-speed beater allow you to cook, cool and freeze even small batches and delicate recipes.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands.
