Iceteam 1927 Easymix Plus 60+60 is a simple and economical electronic pasteuriser for gelato mixes, designed with maximum hygiene in mind. After heating, the mix is held at high temperature for the required time, then rapidly cooled to +4 °C and stored.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
