Iceteam 1927 453 Inox is the first bag-in-box countertop soft serve machine for 2+1 flavours. Two independent compressors, beater motors and peristaltic pumps control each side separately – two flavours and a twist without a floor-standing machine.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
