Iceteam 1927 301 Icona HT S&S soft serve machine – 1 flavour, heat treatment

Iceteam 1927 301 Icona HT S&S is a single-flavour countertop soft serve machine – the first bag-in-box soft serve machine with heat treatment. The Icona touchscreen, peristaltic pump and heating cycle preserve the properties of the mix.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
