Giorik MiniTouch KNM101W – compact combi oven 10 x GN 1/1

Giorik MiniTouch is a compact Italian-made direct steam (direct injection) combi oven that brings the full capabilities of a combi oven to smaller kitchens. Just 519 mm wide, the KNM101W fits where there is no room for a standard oven and is ideal for restaurants and hotels that need more capacity in a tight space.

Intuitive 7-inch touch screen

The oven is operated via a 7-inch touch screen in three ways: manually, from the recipe book or with the OneTouch button.
