Giorik MiniTouch KNM0623W – compact combi oven 6 x GN 2/3

Giorik MiniTouch is a compact direct steam (direct injection) combi oven made in Italy that brings the full capabilities of a combi oven to smaller kitchens. Only 519 mm wide, the KNM0623W fits where there is no room for a standard oven and is ideal for cafés, bars, small restaurants and shops.

✔ Estonian-language control panel – the oven’s menus and programmes are in Estonian, making everyday use and training of all kitchen staff easy.

Intuitive 7-inch touchscreen

The oven is controlled via a 7-inch touchscreen in three ways: manually, from the cookbook or with the OneTouch button.
