An induction wok range is designed for fast, high-temperature cooking in a wok – energy-efficient and safe, as the surface stays cool. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The self-supporting “frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
