Convotherm maxx pro is a professional-grade combi oven made in Germany, designed for easy operation, cleaning and maintenance (IntelligentSimplicity). Every oven undergoes a functional test lasting several hours before delivery. Ideal for bakeries, cafés, shops and petrol stations that bake bread, pastries and snacks.

An optical sensor above the door recognises each product loaded and its level, automatically selects the right cooking programme and warns against impermissible mixed loads.
