The electric bain-marie keeps food warm in Gastronorm containers – a thermostat allows precise control of the water temperature. Bertos S700 is a premium series (depth 730 mm) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all internal and external surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles are made of 20/10 mm thick steel. Thanks to precise laser cutting, the units can be assembled into a single, seamless cooking block.
