A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and food service outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. They are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a counter or a base frame and combined into a single cooking line.
