A neutral element is a practical worktop to complement a cooking line – the large smooth surface and rounded edges make cleaning quick. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series with a depth of approx. 700 mm (714 mm) for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops and rounded edges, and combine into a single uniform line – on a table, an open base or a cabinet.
