The fryer’s pressed, fully rounded well ensures hygiene and easy cleaning, while precise temperature control delivers even, crispy results. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series approx. 700 mm (714 mm) deep for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed, rounded-edge worktops and fit together into a single line – on a counter, an open base or a cabinet.
