An electric range with cast-iron hotplates is a reliable choice for boiling large quantities of water and keeping food warm – the plates heat up to 400 °C and the power can be adjusted in several steps. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series approx. 700 mm (714 mm) deep for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops with rounded edges, and they combine into a single line – on a counter, an open base or a cabinet.
