Bertos Premium S900 is a top-of-the-range 900 mm deep series for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. A self-supporting “frame technology” frame, AISI 304 stainless steel and 20/10 mm thick worktops with laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. The range includes gas and induction ranges, griddles, grills, fryers, pasta cookers, bratt pans, cooking kettles and neutral elements.
