Cooking over an open flame – frying, braising and sautéing – is the heart of the kitchen. Cast-iron pan supports form a continuous working surface on which pots are easy to slide. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The self-supporting “frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
