Tefcold BLC5 – blast chiller/freezer GN1/1
BLC series blast chillers are used in professional kitchens when food needs to be chilled quickly and hygienically. Blast chilling or blast freezing preserves the colour, texture and flavour of food. Core temperature probes are included. The programmable thermostat comes with five preset chilling programmes. Available in various sizes, all made of high-quality SS304 stainless steel and compatible with GN and Euronorm sizes.
