Mac.Pan ROLLPRESS – long loaf moulder with fixed plate

ROLLPRESS is a long loaf moulder with a fixed upper plate that stretches and rolls dough of various consistencies, including very elastic dough. The useful working area is 700 mm wide and 1085 mm long, and the 0–6.5 cm plate gap is adjusted easily and precisely with long levers. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
