The Mac.Pan MX is a spiral mixer with a fixed head and fixed bowl that, thanks to the special shape of the spiral, mixes dough evenly and quickly. The bowl, spiral, central column and safety guard are made of stainless steel. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
