Semi-automatic hydraulic dough divider for round pieces. All functions – pressing, cutting and blade cleaning – are controlled quickly and easily with a single lever. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
