Mac.Pan MSRSAUT – automatic divider-rounder
The divider-rounder cuts a piece of dough into equal portions and rolls them on an oscillating plate into balls of uniform shape and weight – all in a few seconds. On the automatic model, pressing, rounding and chamber opening times can be set and programmes saved from the control panel. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
