Mac.Pan MSRS – semi-automatic divider-rounder
The semi-automatic divider-rounder cuts a piece of dough into portions and rounds them into balls on an oscillating plate. Pressing, cutting and rounding are done with the moulding chamber levers, and settings are made on a numbered scale. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
