The MSPB is a spiral mixer with an integrated hydraulic tipper that lifts and tilts the entire machine so that the dough drops straight onto the work table. Three motors, two speeds and two electronic timers make mixing fast and repeatable. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
