Mac.Pan MSEA – automatic dough divider for hexagonal pieces

Automatic hydraulic dough divider that divides a block of dough into equal hexagonal portions. Pressing and cutting with a double-acting cylinder are fully automatic; pressing and cutting times can be set and up to 10 programmes saved from the control panel. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
