The MR INOX is a water chiller with a storage tank that keeps chilled water ready in the tank and pumps it directly to the water doser or dough mixer. Standard equipment includes an electronic temperature controller, electric level control with a solenoid valve for automatic filling, and circulation pumps that speed up chilling. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
