Modular electric deck oven for bakers and pastry chefs, configurable to the customer’s needs: number of trays per chamber, number of chambers (1–4), usable chamber height (18 or 23 cm), type of legs, plus a proofing cabinet, motorised hood and steamer. All models come with cement stones as standard. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
