MD is a modular pizza oven – it can be built from 1–3 chambers and supplemented with a proofing cabinet, stand and hood. The standard configuration includes a refractory baking surface, a stainless steel front and painted side and rear panels. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
