Mac.Pan MACTAB ECO – economical dough cutting table

The MAC/TAB cutting table is designed for making all kinds of puff pastry, shortcrust and yeast dough products. With interchangeable cutting rollers the dough is cut in two stages so that it does not stick in the cutters – up to 2000 croissants per hour. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
