The breadcrumb mill makes breadcrumbs from dried bread; the grain size depends on the openings of the filter screen, which is easy to change. Larger models can be fitted with a stainless steel cutting unit for producing fresh breadcrumbs as well. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
