Mac.Pan FTUB 240 – annular tube bread oven, 4 glass doors per deck

FTUB is an annular tube deck oven with 3–4 decks, designed specifically for baking bread: high thermal inertia ensures even baking, even over consecutive cycles. Each deck has an independent steam inlet, and the front is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Heated by gas, diesel or solid fuel (wood, coal). Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
