Mac.Pan CWR50D – water chiller and doser in one unit

The CWR-D is a water chiller with a tank and an integrated water doser – one unit chills the water and doses the exact quantity directly into the dough mixer. The tank and evaporator coil are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and only European components are used. Mac.Pan is an Italian manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment – all machines are designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy and comply with EU requirements (CE).
